Hi all,

The purpose of this pull request is to address issues #3 and #5 as well as comments/updated requested in various emails from @jonathankwhitmer and Prof. de Pablo. The major revisions are:

An overhaul of the top bar, including a change of title, the addition of the official SSAGES and COPSS logos, as well as a change in the color of the backdrop to play more nicely with the logos.
Spelling fixes throughout.
Some changes designed to better reflect the prominence of ANL over the project.
A redesign of the "Team" page; now all pictured contributors have the same size photos, but with cropping to avoid any aspect ratio issues, as well as a colored border around their photo. Some pictures and contributors have been moved under COPSS to better reflect their roles, and the de la Cruz and Glotzer groups were readded by request.
"Under Construction" Validation and Tutorials pages were added for use in future updates.

I am very interested in what people think of the new top title bar - I am a little worried it's become a bit busy with the addition of the logos, but the request was to prominently feature them in this area. I'm also not sure of the color choice - I was hoping to offset the colors of the logos nicely, but since there are a lot of colors involved, I'm not sure I accomplished this.

As usual please let me know what you think of all the design choices and if any additional updates are requested - I tried to get everything from various discussions and emails but I might have missed something.

I sat down with Ashley this afternoon and we made some design changes that I really like in the last commit - credit to her for some really good ideas (in my opinion).

There's also a small fix in here now that stops a Python warning when running the application locally.

I also just refreshed the documentation in case there were any changes.

Looks like the migration caused a little hiccup in this pull request - I'll fix it up tomorrow.

Closing this one to open a new one from my reconfigured fork. All the same content will be in the new one in just a few minutes.
