Phrynosoma problems #44

Closed klyberger closed 9 years ago

Phrynosoma has subclades in parenthesis ex: "Phrynosoma (Anota)", but when I resave these species after other edits, it becomes "Anota". If I try to put it back to "Phrynosoma (Anota)", the field only allows for letters.

Also, when I changed the typo in the species platyrhinos it got duplicated and I don't know how to delete the mispelled original.

by design.

By design, the old term should go into the field "deprecated scientific", with the old authorities.

To delete, just click on the trash can icon

Update the issue if those don't work for you, otherwise I'll close it in a few days.

Even though it is a recently created subclade name from Leaché and McGuire 2006, I should put it in the "deprecated scientific" field? Or should I just leave it out altogether because it doesn't nicely fit any of the current fields.

The trash worked.

Check with @mkoo on with should be primary - I assumed the new one should be (same information, just different layout)
