Why does hANDI have the title attributes button? #152

I am wondering why the hANDI module has the title attributes button, because in my opinion, it does not do anything for finding out whether or not hidden content should be tested

title attribute tooltips are "hidden" until the user hovers over the element. The button was placed there for convenience in testing.
