ANDI does not always detect when an element is on an image for color contrast #186

On this site: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_image_text.asp, ANDI does not detect that the text is on the image and gives the text a background color of white.

This is a current limitation of ANDI color contrast mode.
