Team JDED:

In your web framework review you claim to review:

Based on your report, I doubt that you actually created a sample project using these framework, as required in assignment. Plus, you call "JSF" a framework, when its really a specification. You need to choose an implementation for evaluation. Also, you didn't respond to Thai's comments.

And, in class your team chose JSF but in your Frameworks Review you wrote:

Summary
We recommend Spring Framework or Play Framework

Assignment (due by this Sunday): Please commit your framework sample projects to your personal Github account. Email the repo URL to the TAs and me.

If you don't have a sample project then immediately do this sample project:

  1. Create a "Todo list" web application.
  2. A "Todo" has a brief description (text), a due date, and a checkbox to indicate done/not done.
  3. The web application has at least 3 functions (you can decide how to display them):
    • enter a new Todo
    • show a list of all Todo, with links or buttons to edit Todo, change its status, or delete it
    • delete a Todo
  4. You should also try to implement:
    • edit a Todo - change description, due date, or status
