search parameters "sort by relevance" #440

What are the rules behind the "sort by relevance" search results, @tparkola ?

I remember weight for label, description and keywords. And I guess you also introduced something related to the actors labels since actors are indexed too.

I'm wondering what we could do to still improve some search results, for ex. searching for "Switchboard" should render first the "Language Resource Switchboard" item, and currently scores first an item that mentions "switchboard" in the description.

solved already! Just need to be pushed to production
