vocabulary for `service-type` property #13

we need a list of concepts for this service-type property. It should include at least: data catalogue, data repositories...

Some potential candidates:

merging this with EOSC-resource-category and use the EOSC vocabulary: https://eosc-portal.eu/providers-documentation/eosc-provider-portal-resource-profile#Resource%20Category,'Reference to deleted milestone 20'Subcategory%20(and%20Supercategory)
use the four DARIAH services categories from the In-kind contribution tool/reference architecture: https://priddy.github.io/DARIAH-RA/ikc-services/
create only two concepts (data catalogue, data repository) to start
