the intended-audience property should use a vocabulary combining:

• the Training-Discovery Toolkit concepts (Researcher; Trainer; Data steward; Student; Data creator; Data provider; Public; Service provider) and
• the EOSC Target Groups (https://api.eosc-portal.eu/vocabulary/byType/TARGET_USER )
