Aure-HAL contains duplicate labels #3

Aure-HAL disciplines taxonomy contains duplicate labels for some of the concepts. This is contrary to the SKOS specification. Additionally this leads to multiple mappings in ingestion, which is also incompliant to the MP data model.

We decided do not use Aure-HAL for disciplines.
