Currently, this is coming directly from PoolParty, it has some issues with http. Probably, we like to harvest it directly from SPDX. This needs a dedicated script. But it is also necessary to check, how we could update a new harvest in SSH MP as the vocabulary-urls will change. Most probably, this can not be done alone with the backend-API-endpoints (update the vocabulary). Therefore it will need a script to change the old concept-URIs.
