Missing files in qemu folder #1

Dear developer:

I am trying to build your useful tool on my computer. 
I have some problems when make "qemu". 
When I run configure in qemu folder, it generates some warning message.
Some files in "default-configs" folder are missing.

And then I type make, it shows the error message "no rule to make target `$mypath/qemu/rules.mak". It seems that both rules.mak and the files in folder default-configs are required. Do I do anything wrong?

We have fixed this compiling bug. You can try to pull HSAemu code again.
