Starfield does not support CAA #8

As per https://certs.godaddy.com/repository/previous_versions/StarfieldCertificatePolicyandCertificationPracticeStatement_V36.pdf the GoDaddy CA does not support CAA:

4.1.1 CAA Record Processing At the time of publication of this version of the CP-CPS, Starfield does not process RFC 6844 Certificate Authority Authorization records. Starfield reserves the right to begin processing these records at any time in the future.

Oh sorry, I overlooked them in the list of existing CAs.

Ush, GoDaddy CA is operated by Starfield Technologies as it seems, but they also have their own root CA certs; https://certs.secureserver.net/repository – but still no CAA support
