Create the sslmate.api in golang..

as a

• command line
• and a lib embeddable in app Callabcks and POST etc
• for fun.. ;-)

Would work for me cos I dont want perl, php on ma systems, maybe python but mainly go..

Should still work same way.. api calls using go instead of perl.. hopefully usin standard lib and no externals for the want of a word
