nimOldCaseObjects required #72

Nimongo 0.1 requires the nimOldCaseObjects define when compiled with Nim 0.20.0 Can you please update to the new style?

I would make a pull request to finish this, but I have a feeling that it wont be reviewed by a maintainer (looking at the one pull request sitting there untouched since October). @SSPkrolik because this project is registered on nimble under the recognizable name of nimongo, you have a responsibility to disclose the maintenance state of this project so that forks/alternatives can be adopted by the community. If you do intend to maintain more actively, please start with this bug.

@SSPkrolik can you please release a new version? This is blocking progress on other libraries.
