RGA service is currently taking strange readings from the MKS RGA. Need to investigate and fix. Probably order of commands, missing parameters and/or missing command(s).

RGA service issues:

StopRecording froze
Couldn't restart
FMT froze
Data was being written to CSV but not broadcast to RTD stream
