🐛 BUG - CodeAuditor not scanning Code warnings/errors on SSW Rules

As per my conversation with @zacharykeeping , some recent CodeAuditor run on SSW Rules did not scan for Code Warnings and Errors.

• [x] Fix
• [x] Add Unit or Integration test to make sure it does not happen again
