As per my conversation with @jeoffreyfischer , we need to make the following UI changes to the Scan Compare page

Tasks

[ ] Remove the sentence “The Latest Scan contain […]”
[ ] Add the sentence “including {{ NUMBER OF NEW LINKS }} new ones” below the Latest Scan | Broken Links
