✨ UI - Show number of enabled/disabled rules on scan list #897

Pain

We should show the number of enabled/disabled rules on the scan details on the list of scans on the Explore page, so this can be seen without having to dig into the full results.

Done - this has been implemented.

Figure: Scan list now shows the total number of rules enabled
