FYI - The main reason to have this feature is because at the moment it is not clear what action you should take from the email received.

Some benefits:

The emails would have different wording and subject, making it clear to the user which action to be taken
a. Review PRs from someone else or b. Follow-up others to review your PRs
We could have different times and frequency for sending those... E.g. For Reviews users get it daily in the morning; For Follow-ups, users get it every other day in the afternoon
