✨ Add url to staging site to CICD approval step #74

As per my conversation with @bradystroud, the approval-gate step in our CICD pipeline doesn't have a link to the staging site. One solution is to use Job Summaries to show the site so that the approvers can navigate straight there.

As per conversation yesterday with @ricksu978 , url to staging site isn't showing up even after merging PR #87 as it looks like summaries are created AFTER the pipeline has finished. Needs further investigation.
