As per my conversation with @wicksipedia, we need:

• a README for Dev - so how to update the code
• a Wiki page for non-Dev - so how to update the features using Tina

The README has been approved by Tiago and myself - I will merge it The Wiki page will be created in this PBI: https://github.com/SSWConsulting/SSW.MegaMenu/issues/94
