Pain

SSW Rewards v2024 allows users to redeem prizes via the mobile app; with the prize being delivered to the address specified at checkout. However, this approach is not scalable and delivery costs can accumulate rapidly.

Suggested Solution

Add integration with a payment system so that users could pay for delivery.

we received another request to ship over the weekend.

  1. is it possible to include an option to collect in 1 of our offices?

is it possible to include an option to collect in 1 of our offices?

Yes, it is. We just need to think through the business process as there might be situations when the prize is available for pickup only from certain offices.
