✏️ Added an endpoint and query which returns SocialMediaId for a specific user and social media platform. Added SocialMedia control which displays LinkedIn, GitHub, and Twitter icons. There user can add their LinkedIn profile either via SettingsPage or by tapping the LinkedIn icon.
