We have moved all DevOps to GitHub.

There is still some cleaning up to do

- [x] Check there is nothing useful in `/.azure` folder
- [x] Delete it

### SSW.Rules.Content
- [ ] Remove old DevOps build trigger https://github.com/SSWConsulting/SSW.Rules.Content/blob/main/.workflow/build-production.sh
- [ ] Check if there is anything else to clean up
