💄 Change heading style

Description The heading style has been changed to improve UX:

• h1 is in ssw-red and bold.
• h2, h3, etc. are in black and semi-bold.
• All heading sizes have been changed to use tailwind e.g. h1 is now text-5xl, h2 is now text-4xl, etc.

As per my conversation with @jaydenalchin, the following changes were also made on the Rules homepage | right sidebar:

• Rules count: change it from heading to plain text with the following tags: 3-xl, font-semi-bold, ssw-red.
• Adam's name + occupation: change Adam's name to a link (atag) and his occupation to plain text with the same tags as before
• "Interested in what we can do for you": change from heading to plain text with same tags as before

As per my conversation with @bradystroud, the .yarn/install-state.gz line was added in the .gitignore file. This is to prevent generating this file whenever we run yarn install
