🐛 BUG - SVG's no longer working #1442

Hi Team,

Describe the Bug

.svg files are no longer working on Rules. As per my conversation with Nick this seems to be due to missing the svg content type.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a Rule
  2. Add an svg
  3. See it works in editor
  4. Check on SSW Rules that it isn't working

Expected Behavior

svg files should work for images.

@GabbyWard also reported the broken image on Re: PowerBI - Adding email headers to PBIs
