Consider adding exception notification on Azure Monitor

Tasks

[ ] Create a service such as logic app to hook into log analytic workspace and send the notification message to teams

I would love to ask: Can you notify me when Jason is available the next day? I would appreciate if it would remind me that Jason is available tomorrow.

Was that what you intended as one of the scenarios?
