Description
With this issue #671, we turned off the email's trigger as our new Power Automate flow was also sending out the emails as well which was causing the duplication, but there might be some pages that are still using our endpoints, therefore, we should have trigger on CRM level to send out the emails.

As per my conversation with @UlyssesMaclaren and @samsmithssw, we have decided not to send email notifications when leads are manually created in the CRM. This decision was made to avoid any potential confusion caused by an email notifications being sent to the client.

Hi team,

We have created a new Power Automate flow (https://make.powerapps.com/environments/473d2654-2185-46f6-9b9a-167b8d93c807/solutions/b57f903d-4380-45c7-9e23-ef562ad6919b/objects/cloudflows/cb67f811-7d17-45ac-b59c-1fa7df4b414c/view) test passed by @divgul that is responsible for sending out the emails whenever the lead is created. However, if you’re creating it from CRM manually and you don’t want to send out an email to the client, then make sure you follow the following steps:

  1. To create a lead, Hit the “New” button from CRM
1st step

  1. Click the “Detail” tab after filling in the information
2nd step

  1. Make sure “follow email” is set to “Do not allow” then hit “Save” button
