Description: On https://www.ssw.com.au/ssw/Standards/Rules/RulesToBetterSQLReportingServices.aspx We need to migrate all the rules to the new SSW Website and decide which rules need to be archived.

Solution: Go through all the rules and decide with @GordonBeeming which rules need to be archived.
