📄 Review old rules to better SQL Reporting Services - Part 2/4

Description: On https://www.ssw.com.au/ssw/Standards/Rules/RulesToBetterSQLReportingServices.aspx We need to migrate all the rules to the new SSW Website and decide which rules need to be archived.

Solution: Go through rules 15 to 34 and decide with @GordonBeeming which rules need to be archived. Once approved by Adam, migrate them.

Tasks:

• [x] Review the group of rules myself, and take notes on whether the rule should be archived or not
• [x] Check if the rules have already been migrated in any category - if yes, discuss with @tiagov8
• [x] Once completed, ping Gordon and review this group of rules with him
• [x] Once completed, discuss with Adam and decide which rules need to be archived
• [x] Migrate those rules

@calumjs also reviewed those rules as Gordon was on leave.

I asked @wicksipedia for a Test Pass on how to present my work to Adam, and he also reviewed those rules.

As per my conversation with @adamcogan today, I will put more energy and enthusiasm in getting those rules reviewed and migrated.

As per my conversation with @adamcogan, we have been through rules 15 to 21 - I will apply the changes we discussed. Once completed, I will review rules 22 to 35 once again - with these changes in mind - and get them reviewed by Adam.
