This should be done once SSW.People is migrated to blob storage

I just checked after getting access to the transform rules from Chris. You cannot rewrite to a different origin using page rules. (more info here https://developers.cloudflare.com/rules/transform/url-rewrite/) I will try origin or page rules instead.

I'm not seeing any page options for routing based on the path under origin rules so I was going to go with the worker solution instead.
