Description

We should have a page on our site to view whether the links are healthy.

We used to have a HealthCheck page. This product was decommissioned - see webite: http://sswhealthcheck.com/

• [ ] Check with the Product Owner if this link is still wanted
• [ ] If yes, then create a page for it

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] placeholder page removed (ssw.com.au/healthcheck)
