I would probably

[ ] 1. Ditch the extra heading
[ ] 2. Update the text on Newsletter section from
[ ] 3. Increase the paddings on Newsletter section

PS. I would probably consider making the Newsletter section an self-contained element, meaning it would be ~80% width with margins on all sides. Because it is an iframe I couldn't reproduce using inspect. Ping Tiago on Teams if unclear
