It is unclear why the screenshotted DG content page is "messy", given that the partitioning of sections by sections and Appendices, etc. Thus, there is nothing evidently wrong with the formatting. The statement provided stating that The content page of the UG could be formatted properly as it looks quite messy without saying clear indication of the exact formatting mistake made thus renders the issue unclear.

On a separate note, the stated screenshot is from the DG and not UG.
