Option to set a seed for competitve play #66

Interesting! Maybe in a URL with the language, game type and a seed that overrides any local values? This way you can share the link with others and all are guaranteed the same set of games.

When playing in general, we can also update the URL with these values, such that you can share your exact game.

Is a waiting screen needed?
