Offline Warning / Support

If one plays the game but looses the internet connection, then one cannot obtain a new game.

• [ ] Add a warning when connection has been lost. Allow the user to "retry".

Optional

• [ ] Add caching of games to the ServiceWorker. If offline, one may pick from any of the already cached games (except the current one).
