App crashes when smartphone on standby #25

The app automatically stops when the device is being set into standby mode.

So when i press the button on my phone(l.930) the display gets as usual black and off. After I reactivate the screen and give my pincode the app is closed and I am on my homescreen. The app is also not active in the "Taskmanager".

I get this to on my 950xl. If I stop using the game and my phone goes to sleep when I wake my phone back up the game is not on. I also seem to have to restart my phone to get the game to work again after this happens.

So, I just tried on my phone and this is what happens: if I press Windows button and then turn the screen off, when I turn it back on the game is not in the taskmanager but, if I start it again, it'll work from where I left it.

I need to investigate and see what's happening to you, it'll take some time tho.

Can you please try v1.0.8-beta? It seems that now it shows in task manager and it resumes correctly.

I have just installed version 1.9 and it dose not seem to work. It logs me in but I just get a blue screen for the map and when I click on something like the pokemon in the area the app closes. I have tried an uninstall and reboot of the phone but still have the same issue. I have a Lumia 950xl if that helps.

That version seems to of fixed all the issues. If you click on the pokeball at the bottom it pops up a menu but nothing shows on the 3 icons I'm not sure If it should do or not but all other issues seem to be resolved.

@coulddobetters that buttons are still missing, they're coming later. Waiting for @McHedgehoghunter confirmation before closing.

olá.. a v1.0.12 melhorou muita coisa, mas quando clico na pokeball que aparece o menu.. não aparece nada nos três ícones que tem! isso é bug??

When the api issue is going to be fixed ?

@mohit1303 we cant expect the devs to rush things. Its best to say it will be done when its done. They are working hard from what we can see in the comments and posts. Remember this is a free app and people are making the app in their free time and not paid to do this.

Game is working now but there is no map screen is grey. There is only our player on screen . And when i tap on pokeball three options are they. But they are blank.

@mohit1303 the game is not working. We need to WAIT for the new new release form the Developers. As I said before this may take some time. Version .12 is the old build and the next one will have a different build number. There are 7 versions in the download section we need to wait for that to go to 8. Please read through the main page for updates on when they let it go public before posing as this like this don't help the developers.
