Im not quite sure what it means to have implicit and explicit missing values. Is implicit referring to how we identify missing values in the code?

@shahnikcode the two bullet points in 12.5 Missing values give a very quick definition, then the authors provide an illustration for both of these in a user-created tibble.

I think a short review over implicit and explicit missing values, I found it hard to identify implicit missing values in a tidy data set.
