Add configuration file #2

Description

There should be a configuration file (e.g. .botsing.properties) inside the project repository to read the default configuration to run the reproduction.

In this way we can remove common configuration from the template required to the user.

These parameters could be overridden from tha same parameters put on the issue.

In the Github repository the artifact parameters should be put in a .botsing file
