Fusions are annotated using this database: https://github.com/FusionAnnotator/CTAT_HumanFusionLib/wiki and https://github.com/FusionAnnotator/CTAT_HumanFusionLib/releases/tag/v0.3.0
and logic for filtering is here: https://data.broadinstitute.org/Trinity/CTAT_RESOURCE_LIB/AnnotFilterRule.pm
