Folding of rows in Power Budget causes it to be unreadable because of reduced column width #1026

Prerequisites

Description

When using the Power Budget Detailed report template I observe the following: 1) Upon creation the report looks ok and all subsystem are "unfolded" - i.e. all individual rows are visible

PowerBudget-OK-beforeFolding

2) When I then "fold in" some of the subsystem rows one can see that the column width in the P_mean and P_max section gets reduced drastically. This makes the budget unreadable. PowerBudget-NONOK-Folded

3) When then "folding out" the subsystem rows again this state persists and the values are not readable. PowerBudget-NONOK-afterFolding

4) Also when then exporting the report to Excel and PDF the columns have minimal width. Power budget NONOK folded.zip

Steps to Reproduce

Can be reproduced anytime in the preview window of the reporting tab by unfolding/folding subsystem rows.

Similar effects are observed when doing Rebuild Datasource in the preview window.
