@MartinFijneman possibly 2 issues. One is the error you saw and second the error that you copied here. Seems like a library (HandleBars) is missing in the installer. We need more info on the error you received. Or a reference (or Annex.C3) to the model you used.
@lxatrhea i am a bit surprised handlebars seems to be dependency, that is unexpected.

I think the bug is there since some ExceptionReporter upgrade in the past. That component started to use HandleBars for email templates, I think.
Error not reproducible. Handlebars is now present in the main bin folder of the COMET installation.
Prerequisites
Description
reproducible, for specific model on dev-server: RT_920_RC1_202205_multi
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index
Came across this issue in testing #1153 , this seems unrelated however, as in the model at the testing, a top element was set.
possibly due to checking parametric constraints for non-quantity kinds (boolean, enumeration) in this model?
Steps to Reproduce
Open model (on dev-server) perform requirements verification
Logs
copied the information here, somehow was not able to save the exception report itself:
