The Person Dialog does not implement complete validation

Description

Only the username (shortname) mandatory field seems to be validated. The other mandatory fields need to be validated as well. the 10-25 standard will help to find which properties these are

Steps to Reproduce

• add a new person
• provide only username
• hit ok
• notice that the server returns an error
