Domain File Store - "Created on" column shows date in different formats

Description

In the Domain File Store "Created on" column shows the date in different formats. In the below example, 2 formats are used dd/MM/yyyy and MM/dd/yyyy

Steps to Reproduce

These are the steps i did:

1. Create a new Domain File Store
2. Add a file to the newly created File Store
