Description

[ ] DotNetZip is now in Bin and CDP4JsonFileDal
[ ] Scripting libraries in CDP4Scripting and CDP4Grapher

For now it is decided to leave it like this. Alternative way is to move them to the upper bin folder and preload the assemblies (otherwise they cannot be found in Excel Addin), but then the IME will load libraries that it might not even need.
