Description

related to #1253

Texts in installer, license info etc. still refer to COMET-CE,i ncluding:

headers and text in installer
license info in installer
shortcut link on desktop
progress messages at start up of IME (COMET IME plugins loading etc...)
info message after opening COMET IME (welcome in the COMET Application)
app main window header text (COMET IME - Community Edition)
