The name of an EnumerationValue shall allow spaces to be used

Description

It seems that we do not allow a user to use spaces in the name of an EnumerationValueDefinition. This shall be allowed (no restrictions shall apply on the name property)

Steps to Reproduce

Create or edit the name of an EnumerationValueDefinition and use a space
