Remove Non-Categorizable Classes from Category Browser and Relationship Matrix Selectors

Description

Some Classes such as Requirement Groups and Requirement Specification are not categorizable as per ECSS-10-25, so being able to apply categories on them or to be able to select them in the Relationship Matrix is confusing since they are not meant to do that.

as per 10-25, any 2 things can be the source and target of a relationship. So, we have to think about how we want to populate the matrix, by means of a rule or also/only relationship category. In the end, the kinds of things that are displayed in the comboxes are configurable in a file. so, edit the config file and remove the kinds you don't want to see.
