Implement a dotliquid based DialogViewModel codegenerator, output in CDP4-IME-Community-Edition\CDP4CommonView\AutoGenDialogViewModel

a first version of the expected generated DialogViewModels ans RowViewModels has been created. Functionally the classes are the same, only the properties, commands etc. have been reordered. It may be that some expected classes need minor adjustment (ordering of content), but no major changes should be needed
