as a user i want to place a Thing on the RelationshipEditor and auto draw related items on that view

Description

Currently the relationship editor is used to draw/create relationships between things. Once the editor is closed, the existing relationships can no longer be visualized. Allow a user by means of right-mouse click to autodraw relationships and related items (much like in the CIP). Teh design of this solution should take into account that we may want to select the kind of relationship that should be used (using relationship rules), basically filtering, or show all relationships and related items.
